The reference resolves
Every document carries the hotel's own booking reference. Enter it on the hotel's site and the booking is there.
Check it before you file
We would rather you verified it yourself than took our word for it. The reference is on the document precisely so you can.
Refundable by design
Hotel bookings are made on free-cancellation rates, so you can keep the reservation and stay, or cancel it without a charge.

Is this legal?
Yes. We make a genuine, refundable reservation on your behalf and give you the confirmation for it. There is nothing false about the booking or the document — it is an ordinary reservation, made for you, that you are free to keep or cancel.
How long does it take?
We aim to have your documents with you within 6 working hours. Working hours are 9 am – 9 pm IST, so an order paid at 8 pm is delivered by 2 pm the next day. If we cannot fulfil an order, we refund it in full.
How long does the document stay valid?
The booking stands until its free-cancellation deadline, and we give you that exact date when we send the confirmation, so you can time your submission. We do not re-book a reservation to extend how long a document lasts.
What if my visa is refused?
The reservation is refundable, so you can cancel it and pay the hotel nothing. Our own fee covers work already done and is not refundable once the documents have been delivered.
Do you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No, and nobody can. The decision belongs entirely to the consulate and depends on your application as a whole. We supply one part of the paperwork; we have no involvement in the decision and make no claim about it.
What do you do with my passport details?
We use your name as printed in your passport to make the booking, because it has to match. It is encrypted while we hold it, shared only with the partner who places the booking, and erased once the purpose it was collected for has been served.
